南宁市百场健康知识讲座干预效果评价

摘    要:目的了解健康教育后南宁市城乡居民基本健康知识和行为变化情况,评价南宁市百场健康知识讲座干预效果,为进一步制定健康干预政策和措施提供依据。方法采用相同的健康素养问卷,在“百场健康知识讲座”前后对听众进行问卷调查。结果讲座后居民健康素养水平从讲座前的52.8%提高至78.7%,提高了25.9%,其中,农村居民健康素养水平提高了33.8%,城市居民健康素养水平提高了18.5%;基本健康知识知晓率提高了31.1%,基本健康行为形成率提高了20.8%,这些差异均有统计学意义。结论百场健康知识讲座项目干预效果显著,应继续开展类似干预活动。对农村居民的干预效果好于城市,类似的干预政策和措施可适当向农村地区倾斜。对基本健康知识的干预效果好于基本健康行为,提高居民健康行为需要采取综合性的干预措施。

Abstract: Objective] To understand the changes of the basic health knowledge and behavior before and after health education a- mong urban and rural residents in Nanning City, evaluate the intervention effect of 100 lectures about health knowledge in Nanning City, and provide the basis for further making the health intervention policies and measures. Methods ] Using the same question- naire of health literacy, the questionnaire survey was conducted in the audiences before and after the heath lecture. Results ] The health literacy level of residents increased from 52.8% before heath lecture to 8.7% after heath lecture, increased by 25.9%. The health literacy level of rural residents increased by 33.8%, while that of urban residents increased by 18.5%. The awareness rate of basic health knowledge increased by 31.1% , while the formation rate of basic health behavior increased by 20.8%. All the differences were significant. Conclusion] The intervention effect of 100 lectures about health knowledge is obvious, and it is nec- essary to continue to conduct similar intervention activities. The intervention effect of rural residents is more obvious than that of ur- ban residents, so the health intervention policies and measures should focus on rural residents in future. The intervention effect of health lecture is relatively limited on improving health behavior, and improving residents'health behavior depends on taking compre- hensive intervention.
