宝鸡文理学院故意和非故意伤害行为分析

目的了解宝鸡文理学院大学生故意和非故意伤害行为,以便有针对性地提出干预措施。方法对文理学院17个系部的共计1 816名学生采用中国青少年健康危险行为调查表进行调查。结果骑车时双手离把发生率为9.6%,攀附其他车辆发生率为12.3%,追逐与打闹发生率为9.4%,骑车带人发生率为21.8%,骑车逆行发生率为9.5%,闯红灯或乱穿马路发生率为13.6%,在双手离把、攀扶其他车辆、骑车逆行、闯红灯或乱穿马路方面各年级差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。去非安全场所游泳次数游泳的人数比例为7.0%,性别间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;色情动作与玩笑发生率为20%,男女发生率（P〈0.01）与年级发生率（P〈0.01）差异均有统计学意义;男同学打架次数明显多于女同学（P〈0.05）;有9.4%同学认为学习压力大,年级间发生率差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;在尝试离家出走方面,年级间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论宝鸡文理学院大学生故意与非故意伤害行为不容忽视,针对大学生的年龄、性别和年级的特点进行文化建设、性教育、挫折教育、综合性健康教育,建立大学生心理研究中心等,以达到预防、控制、减少学校伤害的目的。

Analysis on intentional and unintentional injury behaviors in Baoji University of Arts and Sciences

Objective]To understand the intentional and unintentional injury behaviors among students in Baoji University of Arts and Sciences,to put forward the targeted intervention measures.Methods]1 816 students of 17 departments in Baoji University of Arts and Sciences were investigated with the China adolescent health risk behaviors questionnaire.Results]When riding a bicycle, 9. 6% of students have taken their hands away from the handle,12. 3% have cling to other bicycle,9. 4% have had rough-andtumble play,21. 8% have carried a passenger,9. 5% have retrograded in the street,and 13. 6% have run the red light or had jaywalking. There were significant differences in rates of taking hands away from the handle,clinging to other bicycle,retrograding, running the red light or jaywalking among different grades（ P〈0. 01）. 7. 0% of students have gone swimming in no safe places, and the difference between boys and girls was significant（ P〈0. 05）. 20% of students have had the erotic action and joke,and there were significant differences between boys and girls（ P〈0. 01）,and among different grades（ P〈0. 01）. The number of fighting in boys was significantly more than that in girls（ P〈0. 05）. 9. 4% of students thought they had high study pressure,and there was significant difference among different grades（ P〈0. 05）. The difference in attempt of running away from home was significant among different grades（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion]The intentional and unintentional injury behaviors among students in Baoji University of Arts and Sciences can not be ignored. It is necessary to carry out the cultural construction,sexual education,frustration education and comprehensive health education according to the characteristics of the age,sex and grade in college students, and establish college students＇ psychological research center,to prevent,control and reduce the injuries in school.
