淄博市博山区高中学生早餐情况分析

摘    要:目的了解淄博市博山区高中学生的早餐现状,为早餐的健康干预提供科学依据。方法采用整群抽样方法,随机抽取博山区实验中学在校中学生280人,开展早餐问卷调查。结果仅有39.16%的高中生对早餐知识有比较充分的了解,且学校是学生获取早餐知识的主要途径;高中生认为吃早餐重要的占84.18%,且女生(89.61%)明显高于男生(76.15%);59.64%的学生支持开展早餐教育,且比较喜欢影像宣传的形式。每天都吃早餐的占56.45%,女生明显高于男生,高三学生明显低于低年级学生,就餐方式为边走边吃的比例最高(43.21%);影响高中生食用早餐的主要原因为没时间(57.91%),高三明显高于高一;高中生对早餐的要求主要是营养搭配合理(36.46%)和方便(30.58%)。结论该区高中生早餐就餐率较低,影响其早餐行为的关键因素是时间,加强作息管理和提供方便营养的早餐是改善高中生早餐行为的有效途径。

Analysis on breakfast consumption among senior high school students in Boshan District of Zibo City

Abstract: Objective] To understand the current situation of breakfast consumption among senior high school students in Boshan District of Zibo City, provide scientific basis for health intervention of breakfast consumption. Methods] By using the cluster sampling method, 280 students were randomly collected from Boshan Experimental Middle School, and a breakfast questionnaire survey was conducted. Results] Only 39.16% of senior high school students have full understanding of breakfast knowledge, and they mainly acquired breakfast knowledge from school. 84.18% of students attached importance to breakfast, and the proportion in the girls ( 89.61% ) was significantly higher than that in the boys (76.15 % ). 59.64% students showed their support to breakfast education, and were willing to receive the image promotion. 56.45% of students had breakfast every day, the proportion in the girls was significantly higher than that in the boys, while the proportion in grade three was significantly lower than that in the lower grades, and 43.21% of students were eating breakfast as walk. The main influencing factor of breakfast consumption was students had no time to eat breakfast (57.91%), and the proportion in grade three was significantly higher than that in the grade one. The requests for breakfast were mainly reasonable nutrition (36.46%) and convenience (30.58%). Conclusion] The rate of breakfast consumption among senior high school students in this district is low, and the key influencing factor of breakfast behavior is time. In order to improve the breakfast behavior among senior high school students, it is important to strengthen the study-rest management, and provide convenient and nutritious breakfast.
