2008-2012年无锡市北塘区水痘疫情流行病学分析

目的了解2008--2012年无锡市北塘区水痘的流行病学特征，为卫生和教育部门制定防控措施提供科学依据。方法对无锡市北塘区2008--2012年水痘报告病例和疫情监测资料进行流行病学分析。结果2008--2012年无锡市北塘区的水痘发病率分别为50．64／10万、44．79／10万、60．27／10万、65．66／10万和45．71／10万，主要发病人群为幼托儿童和学生。疾病呈现一定的季节性，发病高峰为冬季和春夏季。结论水痘发病率呈现一定的上升趋势，应切实加强疫情监测，积极开展针对性的健康教育，提高托幼机构及学校对水痘疫情的敏感性，及时采取综合防治措施。

Epidemiological analysis of varicella in Beitang District of Wuxi City from 2008-2012

Objective] To understand the epidemiological features of varicella in Beitang District of Wuxi City from 2008-2012, provide the scientific basis for health and education departments to develop the preventive strategies. MethodS] The reported cases and epidemic monitoring data of varicella in Beitang District of Wuxi City from 2008-2012 were analyzed by epidemiological meth- od. Results ] During 2008-2012, the annual incidence rate of varicella was 50.64/lakh, 44.79/lakh, 60.27/lakh, 65.66/lakh and 45.71/lakh, respectively. Most of cases were kindergarten children, and primary and secondary schools students. There was a certain seasonality, and the peak seasons were winter, spring and summer. Conclusion] The incidence rate of varicella shows an increasing trend. It is important to enhance the surveillance for varicella, actively carry out the targeted health education, improve the reporting sensibility of varicella in kindergartens and primary and secondary schools, and promptly implement the comprehensive oreventlon measures
