摘    要:目的探讨不同强度电磁辐射对4~6岁儿童神经行为功能的影响。方法对两所幼儿园进行环境电磁辐射的规范测量,以调查问卷的方式对儿童一般状况、父母文化程度和生活情况等进行调查并对其进行神经行为核心检测组合(NCTB),用SPSS13.0软件进行统计分析。结果较高辐射区域4岁组儿童在视觉记忆方面得分显著低于较低辐射区域4岁组儿童,差别有统计学意义;较高辐射区域5岁组儿童在视觉反应平均时间方面显著长于较低辐射区域5岁组儿童,在数字译码方面得分和两次打点正确数显著低于较低辐射区域5岁组儿童,差别均有统计学意义;6岁组儿童各项检测差异均无统计学意义。相关分析结果提示:神经行为各项与父母亲学历、平均月收入和一天上网时间及一天看电视时间呈显著相关;视觉反应平均时间、数字跨度总分和视觉记忆总分与辐射强度区域呈显著相关。结论较高强度电磁辐射环境对儿童的神经行为功能有一定的影响。

Abstract:[Objective]To investigate the effect of electromagnetic radiation with different intensity levels on neurological behavior function of 4- 6 year old children. [ Methods ] A standardization measurement of environmental electromagnetic radiation was conducted in two kindergartens. The general condition of children, the education degree of their parents and living conditions were investigated by questionnaire, while the neurobehavioral core test battery ( NCTB } test was performed in children. The results were analyzed with SPSS13.0. [ Results] In 4 years old children group, the visual memory scores in high radiation area were significantly lower than those in low radiation area. In 5 years old children group, the average visual reaction time in high radiation area was sig- nificantly longer than that in low radiation area, while the digit symbol scores and correct rate of target tracking in high radiation area were significantly lower than those in low radiation area, and the differences were significant. There were no significant differences in 6 years old children group. The results of correlation analysis indicated that children's neurological behaviors were significantly correlated with the education degree and average monthly earnings of their parents, the daily internet viewing, and daily television viewing. There was a significant correlation between average visual reaction time, digit span scores, visual memory scores and the intensity of radiation region. [ Conclusion ] High radiation environment has an impact on children's neurological behavior function.
