江西省职业接触砷生物限值研制

摘    要:目的研制江西省职业接触砷的生物限值。方法对接触砷危害的作业工人进行健康检查和尿砷检测,并结合国内外文献资料进行综合分析。结果对400名接触砷的职业工人进行尿砷测定,结果显示,尿总砷平均值为0.20mg/L,标准差为0.12mg/L,95%上限值为0.40mg/L。36名非职业接触人员尿总砷平均值为0.04mg/L,标准差为O.02mg/L,职业人群与非职业人群差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。职业健康检查结果发现,9人出现砷斑等皮肤样病变。通过工作场所空气中砷及其化合物浓度测定,结合几例砷中毒患者的临床资料和国内外文献,经综合分析,提出江西省尿砷的职业接触限值。结论砷的生物指标较多,经综合分析,课题组认为以尿总砷作为判断指标更为科学合理,建议江西省职业接触砷的生物限值为尿总砷0.40mg/L。

Research on biological limit values of occupational arsenic exposure in Jiangxi Province

Abstract:[ Objective] To research and formulate the biological limit values of occupational arsenic exposure in Jiangxi Province. [ Methods] The workers who exposed to arsenic were collected to receive the physical examination and urinary arsenic test, and a comprehensive analysis was conducted based on the literatures at home and abroad. [ Results] A total of 400 workers exposed to ar-senic received the urinary arsenic test. The results showed that the average urinary arsenic value was 0.20 mg/L, the standard de-viation was 0.12 mg/L, and 95 % upper limit value was 0.40 mg/L. Among 36 non-occupational exposure workers, the average u- rinary arsenic value was 0.04 mg/L, and the standard deviation was 0.02 mg/L. There were significant differences between occu-pational exposure group and non-occupational exposure group ( P 〈 0.01 ). 9 cases of arsenic stain were found in the occupational health examination. According to detection results of arsenic and its compounds in workplace air, the clinical data of arsenic poison-ing cases, as well as the literatures at home and abroad, the occupational exposure limit values of urinary arsenic in Jiangxi Prov-ince were proposed by a comprehensive analysis. [ Conclusion] There are kinds of biological limit values of arsenic. After compre-hensive analysis, the research group believes that total urinary arsenic is a scientific and rational standard. It is suggested that the biological limit value of occupational arsenic exposure in Jiangxi Province is 0.40 mg/L of total urinary arsenic.
