北京市海淀区企业职业卫生管理人员职业卫生知信行调查及干预效果评估

目的了解北京市海淀区职业卫生管理人员职业病防治知识、职业卫生态度和职业卫生行为，探讨健康教育对知信行的干预效果。方法对抽取的企业职业卫生管理人员进行问卷调查。结果职业卫生管理人员对职业病防治知识的知晓率由干预前的46．9％～92．2％提高至干预后的75．9％-96．6％。干预前职业卫生正面态度比例均高于90％，干预后达到100％。干预前职业卫生行为实施率较低，干预后都有显著改善。结论健康教育能提高企业管理人员的知信行，通过丰富健康教育的形式，建立正确的职业卫生监管模式，能提高企业的职业卫生管理水平。

Investigation on knowledge,attitude and practice and intervention effect evaluation of occupational health among occupational health management staff in Haiding District of Beijing City

[ Objective ] To understand the occupational health knowledge, attitude and practice among occupational health manage-ment staff in Haidian district of Beijing City, and evaluate the intervention effect of health education. [ Methods] The selected occu-pational health management staff was investigated by questionnaire. [ Results ] The awareness rate of occupational disease control knowledge among management staff increased from 46.9%-92.2% before intervention to 75.9% -96.6% after intervention. The proportion of positive attitude towards occupational health was above 90% before intervention, and it reached 100% after interven-tion. The implementation rate of occupational health behavior was significantly improved after intervention. [ Conclusion] The occu-pational health education can prompt the knowledge, attitude and practice of occupational health management staff. The proper oc-cupational health supervision approach established by health education can help to improve the occupational health management lev-el of enterprises.
