大学生核心自我评价对学习倦怠和生活满意度的影响

目的探讨大学生学习倦怠的影响因素。方法以470名大学生为研究对象，采用核心自我评价问卷，生活满意度问卷，学习倦怠问卷进行测量。结果大学生核心自我评价（F=8．19，P〈0．01），生活满意度（F=6．76，P〈0．01）与学习倦怠（F=36．89，P〈0．01）存在年级差异，核心自我评价（r=-0．544，P〈0．01）与生活满意度（r=0．510，P〈0．01）均与学习倦怠显著相关。结构方程显示，生活满意度在核心自我评价与学习倦怠之间承担部分中介作用。结论核心自我评价与生活满意度均能显著预测学习倦怠。

Effect of core self-evaluation on learning burnout and life satisfaction in college students

Objective] To explore the influencing factors of learning burnout among college students. Methods] 470 college students were investigated by the core self-evaluation questionnaire, life satisfaction questionnaire and learning burnout questionnaire. Results] The differences in the core self-evaluation （ F = 8.19, P 〈 0.01 ）, life satisfaction { F = 6.76, P 〈 0.01 } and learning burnout （ F = 36. 89, P 〈 0. 01 ） were significant among different grades. The core self-evaluation （ r = -0.544, P 〈 0.01 ） and life satisfaction （ r = 0. 510, P 〈 0.01 ） were significantly correlated to the learning burnout. The structural equation showed that life satisfaction played the intermediary role between core self-evaluation and learning burnout. Conclusion] Both the core self- evaluation and life satisfaction can significantly predict learning burnout.
