摘    要:自《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》颁布实施以来,建设项目职业病危害评价作为职业病危害前期预防工作的重要组成部分越来越受到重视。建设项目职业病危害评价对有关气象条件的分析评价的要求是应用气象学知识对气象条件和气候特征进行分析,通过分析气象条件与企业总体布局和总平面设计、企业工程防护措施、防暑防寒措施、应急救援预案的编写、工业企业卫生防护距离和扩散控制、特殊气象条件等诸多关联信息的关系,才能得出正确的职业病危害防护结论。作者对气象条件在建设项目职业病危害评价中的关联作用进行总结,旨在为此类评价工作提供理论参考。

Abstract:Assessment on occupational hazards of construction projects, as the important component of preliminary prevention of oc- cupational hazards, has gained more and more attentions, since the Law of PRC on prevention and control of occupational diseases was promulgated and implemented. The requirement of assessment on occupational hazards of construction projects in the meteoro- logical conditions is that meteorological conditions and climate characteristics should be analyzed by using meteorology-related knowledge. The relationship between the integral arrangement and the graphic design of industrial enterprises, engineering protec- tion measures, heat-prevention measures and cold-prevention measures, rescuing measures for emergency, hygienic buffer zone and diffusion controlled process, and the meteorological conditions and so on is analyzed. Only with the above analysis, can the conclu- sion of occupational hazards protection be correct. This paper summarizes the role of meteorological conditions in assessment on oc- cupational hazards of construction projects, and provides a theoretical reference for such assessment.
