摘    要:目的了解长乐国际机场空气中微生物浓度及其动态变化规律,并进行空气质量评价,为机场微小气候微生物污染防治提供科学依据。方法采用六级撞击式空气微生物采样器对长乐机场5个不同功能区空气中的微生物进行为期1年的动态监测,检测内容包括细菌菌落总数和真菌菌落总数。结果按室内、室外空气微生物污染评价标准划分各功能区的空气质量均为清洁级(Ⅰ级)。机场不同季节微生物浓度差异显著,总体趋势是春季最高,冬季较低。微生物浓度较高的功能区有廊桥和候机厅。结论长乐国际机场大厅的卫生总体状况良好,微生物污染指标符合相关国家标准。在多种因素的综合影响下,不同季节、不同功能区空气中微生物浓度差异显著。

Research on the dynamic variation of airborne microorganism in Changle International Airport

Abstract:[Objective]To understand the airborne microorganism concentrations in Changle International Airport,analyze its dynamic variation,evaluate the air quality,and provide scientific basis for prevention and control of microbial contamination in airport microclimate.[Methods]A dynamic survey on the concentrations of airborne microorganism in five functional areas of Changle International Airport was performed for one year by the KDB-KW-6 aeroscope.[Results]According to the evaluation criteria of indoor and outdoor air microbial contamination,the air quality levels in the various functional areas were all belong to clean grade( gradeⅠ). There were significant differences in microorganism concentrations among four seasons,which the highest and the lowest concentrations were found in spring and winter respectively. In various functional areas,the concentrations in corridor bridge and terminal were higher.[Conclusion]The environmental health condition is good in Changle International Airport terminal,and the indexes of microbial contamination are in accordance with the relevant national standards. Under the combined effects of various factors,the differences in concentrations of airborne microorganism among different seasons and different functional areas are significant.
