摘    要:目的从样品预处理及标准曲线的测定方法两方面对现有的毛细管气相色谱法测定工作场所中乙胺的方法加以改进,以解决实际检验工作中常遇到的乙胺峰形差、方法线性差的问题。方法省略超声、离心、调控pH等繁琐的解析步骤,直接采用顶空进样,经Rtx-35毛细管柱分离,FID检测器进行测定。结果乙胺的线性范围0~85.71μg/ml,相关系数为0.999 5,检出限为2.12μg/ml,解析效率为95.1%~98.0%,方法加标回收率为99.9%~105.3%,精密度为1.25%~3.15%(n=6)。结论该方法预处理操作简单,准确度高,灵敏度高,具有较低的检出限,能满足基层实验室对工作场所空气中乙胺含量的检测。

Abstract:[ Objective] To improve the present capillary gas chromatography determining method of ethylamine in workplace air by optimizing the procedure of sample pretreatment and determining standard curves so as to solve the issues often encountered in practical inspection such as poor peak shape and poor linearity. [ Methods] Omitting many tedious analytical procedure such as ultrasound, centrifugation and pH regulation, ethylamine was directly injected by headspace, separated by Rtx-35 capillary column and determined by FID detector. [Results] The linear range of ethylamine was O- 85.71 μg/ml with a correlation coefficient of0. 999 5. The limit of detection was 2.12 txg/ml. The average desorption efficiencies for ethylamine ranged from 95.1%-98.0%. The recovery rate of method was 99.9%-105.3%, while the relative standard deviations (RSD) were in the range of 1.25%-3.15% (n =6). [ Conclusion] This method is easy to operate, sensitive accurate and of low detection limit, therefore it can meet the basic laborato- ry demand for determination of air ethylamine level in workplace.
