保健食品中硒的微波消解-原子荧光光谱测定法

摘    要:目的建立微波消解一原子荧光光谱法测定保健食品中硒的含量。方法通过优化实验条件,用原子荧光光谱法对保健食品中的硒含量进行测定。结果硒测定线性范围为10.0~50.0μg/L,检出限为3.6μg/kg,相对标准偏差小于5%,回收率在92.0%~102.5%之间。结论方法简单、准确、精密度好,适用于保健食品中硒的测定。

Abstract: Objective] To established a methofor the determination of selenium in health food by atomic fluorescence spectrometry with microwave digestions. Methods] Optimizing the test condition ,the sample was determined for selenium in health food by a- tomic fluorescence spectrometry. Results] Linear range for the determination was between 10.0 μg/L to 50.0 μg/L. The detec- tion limits was 3.6 μg/kg. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was less than 5%. The recoveries were 92.0%-102.5%. Conclusion ] The method is simple, accurate and precise. It is suitable for the determination of Sselenium in health food.
