列车集中空调系统微生物污染状况

摘    要:目的了解列车集中空调系统微生物污染状况。方法对运行中列车集中空调系统微生物污染指标进行检测分析。结果列车集中空调系统送风口细菌总数、真菌总数超出国家标准,细菌总数、真菌总数超标率分别为47.62%-90.91%、36.36%-45.45%,最大超标倍数分别为36.28和42.34倍;13-溶血性链球菌均未检出,各类车厢送风IEI细菌总数、真菌总数样本均数两两比较,差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。风管内细菌总数、真菌总数超标率分别为58.33%、25.0%,最大超标倍数分别为42.40和5.90倍。结论列车集中空调系统微生物指标污染严重。

Abstract: Objective ] To understand the microbial contamination of centralized air conditioning system of train. Methods ] The microbial pollution indicators of air conditioning system in nmning train were detected and analyzed. Results ] The total bacterial count, total fungi of air conditioning system outlet exceeded the national standards, the rate was 47.62% -90. 91%, 36.36%-45. 45%, respectively. The maximum of over standard rate was 36.28 and 42.34 times. β- hemolytic streptococci was not detected. The sample mean of total bacterial count and total fungi of air conditioning system outlet was not significantly different between different compartments (P 〉0.05). The over stand rates of total bacterial count, total fungi in air duct were 58.33%, 25.0%, with the maximum of 42.40 times and 5.90 times. Conclusion ] The microbiological indicators shows the centralized air conditioning system of train has been seriously polluted.
