2010-2012年云南省昌宁县从业人员HAV和HEV感染情况

摘    要:目的了解云南省昌宁县食品、公共场所从业人员甲型肝炎病毒(HAV)、戊型肝炎病毒(HEV)携带情况,为制定干预措施提供依据。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法对2010--2012年10803例从业人员进行HAV、HEV检测,并对结果进行分析。结果2010--2012年从业人员HAV携带率为0.12%,HEV携带率0.14%。男性HAV携带率为0.20%,女性携带率为0.074%;男HEV携带率为0.074%,女携带率为0.18%。食品从业人员HAV携带率为0.12%,HEV携带率为0.12%;公共场所从业人员HAV携带率为0.14%,HEV携带率为0.20%。HAV在40—49岁年龄组构成比最大,HEV在20~29和30—39岁2个年龄组构成比最大。甲型和戊型病毒性肝炎全年都有发病,但集中分布在5—9月份。结论昌宁县食品、公共场所从业人员HAV、HEV携带率低于全国平均水平;HAV阳性率男性明显高于女性,HEV阳性率女性明显高于男性;公共场所从业人员HAV、HEV阳性率明显高于食品从业人员。做好食品、公共场所从业人员进行1年1次预防性健康检查和上岗前预防性健康检查,是降低昌宁县人群中HAV、HEV感染率的有效干预措施。

Abstract:[Objective] To understand the carrying status of HAV and HEV among food industry and public places employees in Changning County of Yunnan Province, and provide evidence for developing intervention measures. [ Methods] ELISA was applied to test HAV and HEV among 10 803 employees from 2010-2012, and the results were analyzed statistically. [ Results ] From 2010-2012, The carrying rate of HAV and HEV among employees was 0.12% and 0.20%, respectively. The carrying rate of HAV among male and female employees was 0.20% and 0. 074%, respectively. The carrying rate of HEV among male and female em- ployees was 0. 074% and 0.18%, respectiyely. The carrying rates of HAV and HEV among food industry employees and public places employees were 0.12% ,0.12% ; O. 14% ,0.20%, respectively. The 40-49 years age group had the highest carrying rate of HAV, while the 20-29 years and 30-39 years age groups had the highest carrying rate of HEV. The hepatitis A and hepatitis E ca- ses distributed in each month of the year, but concentrated within May-September. [ Conclusion] The carrying rates of HAV and HEV among food industry and public places employees in Changning County are lower than the national average. The positive rate of HAV of men is obviously higher than female, but HEV is on the contrary. The positive rates of HAV and HEV among food indus- try employees are obviously higher than those of public places employees. Annual preventive health screening and pre-service pre- ventive health examination are effective measures to reduce the prevalence of infection in Changning County.
