2012 年北京市怀柔区病毒性腹泻监测结果

目的了解2012年北京市怀柔区病毒性腹泻标本中轮状病毒（RV）、诺如病毒（NV）、肠道腺病毒（EadV）和星状病毒（AstV）流行现况，为病毒性腹泻的诊治提供依据。方法RV采用血清学方法检测，NV、EadV和AstV采用RT．PCR联合毛细管电泳法检测，并进行统计学分析。结果120例标本总的病毒检出率为38．33％。4种常见腹泻病毒的检出率分别为15．83％、16．67％、0．83％和5．00％。结论2012年北京市怀柔区病毒性腹泻呈高发态势，其中RV和NV是主要的病原之一，并且主要集中在50岁以上成人。RV和NV感染有明显的季节特征，RV秋冬季为发病高峰，NV则冬季相对高发。

Monitoring results of viral diarrhea in Huairou District of Beijing in 2012

Objective] To understand the epidemic situation of rotavirus （ RV） , norovirus （ NV） , enteric adenovirus （ EadV） and astrovirus （AstV） in viral diarrhea specimens in Huairou District of Beijing in 2012, provide basis for the diagnosis and treatment of viral diarrhea. Methods] RV was detected by serological method, NV, EadV and AstV by RT-PCR and capillary electrophore- sis method, and the data were analyzed by statistical method. Results] The total virus detection rate of 120 specimens was 38.33%. The detection rates of four common diarrhea virus are 15. 83%, 16. 67%, 0. 83% and 5. 00% , respectively. Conclusion] The viral diarrhea in Huairou District of Beijing in 2012 shows high incidence status, RV and NV are the major vi- rus, and mainly focus on the people over 50 years old. RV and NV infection has obvious seasonal characteristic, fall and winter are the peak of RV and winter is the peak of NV.
