2010--2012年陕西省合阳县村卫生室的消毒效果

目的对陕西省合阳县村卫生室消毒效果进行检测，全面掌握该县村卫生室规范化建设工作完成后，消毒工作中存在的问题，提出对策，为提高消毒质量和加强监督提供依据。方法按照《消毒技术规范》（2002）版进行检测。结果2010-2012年共计检测样品3669份，总合格率79．12％。2010年合格率为78．49％，2011年合格率为78．23％，2012年合格率为80．46％；室内空气合格率为75．58％，物体表面合格率为83．05％，医务人员手合格率为72．68％，使用中消毒液为96．24％，灭菌医疗用品为99．49％。结论合阳县村卫生室消毒合格率较低，需进一步加大人员培训，加强监督和管理。

Disinfection effect of village clinic in Heyang County of Shanxi Province from 2010-2012

Objective ] To detect the disinfection effect of village clinic in Heyang County of Shanxi Province, to identify the issues of disinfection after standardized construction of clinics, to put forward countermeasures, and provide evidence for improving the quality of disinfection and strengthening supervision. Methods] The detection was based on ＂ Disinfection Technology Standard＂ （ 2002 version ） Results ] From 2010-2012, a total of 3 669 samples were detected, the qualified rate was 79.12%. The qualified rates were 78.49% ,78.23% ,80.46% from 2010-2012. The qualified rate of indoor air, surface of object, hands of medical per- sonnel, the disinfectant in use, medical supplies with sterilization was 75.58% ,83.05% ,72.68% ,96.24% ,99.49% respective- ly. Conclusion] Disinfection qualified rate is relatively low in village clinic in Heyang County. It is necessary to further intensify personnel training, strengthen supervision and management.
