2010~2012年北京市延庆县育龄妇女尿碘水平监测结果

摘    要:目的了解北京市延庆县育龄妇女碘营养状况,为预防碘缺乏病提供依据。方法随机抽取延庆县东、南、西、北、中5个方位所在的镇20一50岁的育龄妇女共609名,进行尿碘检测。结果2010--2012年共采集延庆县609名育龄妇女尿样,尿碘中位数分别为255.9、320.5、252.3μg/L。尿碘值〈100μg/L27人,占4.4%;尿碘值〈50μg/L2人,占0.2%;已达到碘缺乏病消除标准。2010--2012年延庆县城镇、平原、山区育龄妇女尿碘中位数为303.2、269.2、184.8μg/L,进行非参数Knlskal—wallis Test分析,P〈0.05,3组中位数差别有统计学意义。此次监测20—29、30-39、40—49共3个年龄组育龄妇女尿碘中位数分别为276.4、280.4、231.5μg/L;进行非参数Knlskal—wallis Test分析,P=0.50,因此尚不能认为3组中位数差别有统计学意义。结论延庆县育龄妇女碘营养不足,在今后的碘缺乏病监测工作中,应继续加强育龄妇女的尿碘水平监测工作。

Abstract:[ Objective ] To understand the iodine nutritional status of women of childbearing age in Yanqing County of Beijing City, and provide evidence for iodine deficiency disorders control. [ Methods ] A total of 609 women of childbearing age from the east, south, west, north and middle parts of Yanqing County during 2010-2012 were selected for urinary iodine test. [ Results] The urine samples of 609 women were collected , and the urinary iodine median was 255.9 μg/L, 320.5 μg/L, 252.3 p.g/L, respectively. The proportion below 100 g/L and 50 g/L was 4.4% ( 27/609 } and 0.2% ( 2/609 } which has reached the standard of IDD elimina- tion. From 2010 to 2012, plain, the median urinary iodine of mountain area was 303.2μg/L, 269.2 μg/L, 184.8μg/L, non-parameter Knlskal-Wallis analysis of Test showed P 〈 0.05, with significant difference between the 3 groups. The median urinary iodine of women of childbearing age aged 20-29 years, 30-39 years, 40- 49 years were 276.4 μg/L, 280.4μg/L, 231.5 μg/L, respectively ; non-parameter Knlskal Wallis Test analysis showed P = 0.50 which could not indicated that the difference was significant between the 3 groups. [Condusion] The iodine nutritional status of women of childbearing age is not optimistic in Yanqing County. The monitoring of IDD should be continued in the future work.
