小剂量米非司酮联合中药与单纯用小剂量米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤临床疗效对比

目的探讨小剂量米非司酮联合中草药治疗子宫肌瘤与单纯使用小剂量米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效比对分析，了解其安全性及临床可行性。方法昌黎县人民医院确诊的100例子宫肌瘤患者，随机选出50例为试验组，50例为对照组。试验组：给予小剂量米非司酮12．5mg／d，联合中草药（夏枯草、柴胡、丹参等）治疗子宫肌瘤，每日1剂，20d为1个疗程，间隔10d后再服，连用3个月；对照组：单纯用小剂量米非司酮12．5mg／d，连用3个月为1疗程。对两组患者进行临床观察与对比。服药期间，忌食腥、酸、辣、酒、生冷等食物。结果试验组与对照组临床观察存在显著差异，试验组子宫与瘤体缩小程度明显，贫血得以改善，雌孕激素含量下降优于对照组。与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论与单纯用米非司酮相比，小剂量米非司酮结合中草药治疗子宫肌瘤，可以提高女性生活质量，不良反应小，疗效确切，值得临床推广。

Comparison of clinical efficacy of low dose mifepristone combined with Chinese herbal medicine and single low dose mifepristone for hysteromyoma

Objective ] To compare the clinical efficacy of low dose mifepristone combined with Chinese herbal medicine and single low dose mifepristone in the treatment of hysteromyoma, understand the safety and chnical feasibility of the method. Methods ] 100 patients of hysteromyoma in Changli People＇s Hospital were collected and randomly devided into experimental group and control group, 50 cases in each group. In the experimental group, patients were given mifepristone 12.5mg/d combined with Chinese herb- al medicine, 20 days were 1 treatment course, 10 days were 1 interval, took it continuously for 3 months. In control group, only 12.5mg/d mifepristone was given patients, 3 months were 1 treatment course. During the medication, some food were not allowed to eat, for example, fishy, acid, spicy, wine, cold and so on. Results ] There were significant differences in the experimental group and the control group. In experimental group, uterus and tumor volume decreased, anemia were improved and the contents of estrogen decreased. The difference between the two groups was statisticaUy significant （ P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion] Compared with single application of mifepristone, using low dose mifepristone combined with Chinese herbal medicine to treat hysteromyoma could enhance women~ quality of life. The therapy has obvious curative effect, less adverse reactions and is worth for popularizing in clini- cal practice.
