下肢闭塞性动脉硬化症患者出院延续护理需求及影响因素研究进展

回顾了延续护理的内涵、延续护理的发展、下肢闭塞性动脉硬化症（ASO）患者对延续性护理需求现状及下肢ASO患者延续性护理需求的影响因素，包括心理因素、经济因素、饮食因素、治疗因素等、功能锻炼及社会和家庭支持等几个方面；并在此基础上提出了延续护理的发展方向，包括成立延续护理团队、规范延续护理内容、加大社会支持力度、完善相关法规，加强专业知识培训，预防并发症等。

Research progress on needs of continued nursing of discharged patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans of the lower limbs and its influencing factors

The paper reviews the connotation and development of continued nursing, the needs for continued nursing of patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans （ ASO } of the lower limbs, and its influencing factors, which include psychological factors, economic fac- tors, dietary factors, therapeutic factors, function training, as well as social and family support. On this basis, the authors put for- ward the development direction of continued nursing, which it is urgent to set up the continued nursing team, standardize the con- tinued nursing content, strengthen the social support, perfect the relevant laws and regulations, strengthen professional knowledge training, and prevent complications.
