芜湖市422名男男性行为者艾滋病知识行为调查

目的了解芜湖市男男性行为者（MSM）对艾滋病相关知识的知晓情况及性行为学特征,并进行干预措施效果评价。方法采用分类滚雪球的方法进行艾滋病知晓率、性行为、安全套使用情况的调查。结果共对422名MSM进行了调查,艾滋病相关知识知晓率为82.0%,调查时最近半年所有MSM与同性发生过性行为,与同性发生性行为时每次都用安全套的占21.8%,平均每名调查对象最近1周与同性至少发生过3次性行为。最近半年,19.9%的调查对象与同性发生过商业性性行为,37.7%的调查对象与异性发生过性行为。接受干预措施与否对艾滋病相关知识知晓和性行为有影响。结论目前采用的干预措施能提高艾滋病相关知识知晓率和改善行为,但安全套使用率低,知识知晓与行为相脱离,有待采取更有效的干预措施。

Investigation on AIDS-related knowledge and behavior among 422 MSM in Wuhu City

Objective] To investigate the awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge and the characteristics of sexual behaviors a- mong men who have sex with men （MSM} in Wuhu City, and evaluate the effect of intervention measures. Methods ] The classification snowball method was applied to investigate the awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge, the sexual behaviors, and the condom use. Results ] 422 MSM were investigated, and the awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge was 82.0%. In last six months, all MSM had the homosexual behavior, and only 21.8% of them used the condom at every act of sexual intercourse, and every MSM had at least 3 acts of sexual intercourse averagely in last week. 19.9% MSM had the commercial homosexual behavior in last six months, and 37.7% MSM have had sex with the female. The intervention measures had the influence on the awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge, and sexual behaviors. Conclusion]The current intervention measures can enhance the awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge and improve the sex behavior. However, there are still some problems, including lower rate of condom use, and separation of knowledge level and behavior, so it is urgent to carry out the better effective measures.
