摘    要:目的了解北京市怀柔区2012-2013年流感流行季流行特征、病原学变化规律,掌握流行趋势,为制定预防控制措施提供科学依据。方法依照《国家流感监测方案》和《北京市流感监测方案》要求进行流行病学、病原学监测,对监测结果进行整理、分析。结果2012年9月—2013年5月,共监测门、急诊病例717582例,发现流感样病例2883例,就诊比例为0.40%。共采集流感样病例咽拭子标本1496件,分离出流感病毒289株,阳性率为19.32%;其中甲型H1N1流感病毒株170株,占58.82%;季节性甲3亚型119株,占41.18%。该流行季以12月病毒检出率最高,流行优势株为甲型H1N1流感病毒。结论2012-2013年怀柔区流感流行季处于相对稳定状态,以散发为主,未发生大规模的暴发流行。流行病学采集的资料与病毒分离情况不完全一致,怀柔区流感监测系统的灵敏度和特异度还需进一步提高。

Abstract: Objective ] To understand the epidemic characteristics of influenza and the variant of influenza viruses during epidemic period in Huairou District of Beijing from 2012-2013, learn about the epidemic trends, and provide scientific basis for making the prevention and control strategies of influenza. Methods ] According to the criterion of China influenza surveillance program and Beijing influenza surveillance program, the epidemiological and pathogenic surveillance were conducted, and the results were collated and analyzed. Results] From September 2012 to May 2013, 2883 influenza like illness (ILI) cases were found in 717 582 outpa- tient cases, with the ratio of 0.40%. 289 strains of influenza viruses were isolated from 1496 nasopharyngeal swab specimens, and the positive rate was 19.32%. In the 289 isolates, 170 (58.82%) were influenza A { H1N1 ) , and 119 were seasonal influenza A (H3N2). During the epidemic period in 2012-2013, the isolation rate of viruses in December was the highest, and the predominant strain was influenza A ( H1N1 ). Conclusion] The epidemic situation of influenza in Huairou District has stayed relatively stable from 2012-2013, the sporadic eases are predominant, and there is not large-scale outbreak. The epidemiologieal data are not completely consistent with the viral isolation data, which indicates that the sensitivity and specificity of the influenza surveillance system should be further improved.
