2013 年广州市白云区居民期望寿命及减寿原因

目的分析广州市白云区居民主要死因对期望寿命的影响，为制定居民健康促进工作提供科学依据。方法利用死因监测系统数据及人口统计数据，编制简略寿命表和去死因寿命表，计算白云区居民期望寿命及因疾病死亡导致的减寿年数。结果2013年，白云区居民粗死亡率为293．91／10万，男性死亡率高于女性；居民前5位死因分别为循环系统疾病、肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病、疾病和死亡的外因和内分泌、营养和代谢的疾病；居民平均期望寿命是80．40岁（男性78．15岁，女性82．57岁）。结论慢性非传染性疾病是导致白云区居民死亡的主要原因。提高慢性非传染性疾病的防治水平是进一步提高居民期望寿命的关键。

Analysis on life expectancy and reasons of potential life lost among residents in Baiyun District of Guangzhou in 2013

Objective ] To analyze the influence of main causes of death on life expectancy, provide scientific basis for making health promotion measures. Methods ] By using the data from the death causes monitoring system and population census, the a- bridged life table and cause-eliminated life table were formulated, to calculate the life expectancy and potential years of life lost （ PYLL } from disease deaths among residents in Baiyun District. Results ] The crude mortality was 293.91/lakh in Baiyun District in 2013, and the mortality in males was higher than that in females. The top five causes of death were circulation system diseases, tumors, respiratory diseases, accident and injury, as well as endocrine, nutritional and metabalic diseases. The average life expect- ancy was 80.40 years old 178.15 years old in males and 82.57 years old in females）. Conclusion] The chronic non-communica- ble diseases are the leading causes of death among residents in Baiyun District. It is important to enhance the prevention level of chronic non-communicable diseases to improve the life expectancy.
