2011年天津市疾病预防控制机构人力资源现况调查

目的了解天津市疾病预防控制（以下简称疾控）机构人力资源的现况，为人力资源的合理配置提供参考依据。方法收集2011年天津市、区县两级19家疾控中心人力资源的资料，采用Excel2003进行汇总，运用SPSS15．0对数据资料进行描述分析。结果全市疾控机构25—34岁人员比例占36．92％，35岁及以上人员比例占61．43％；研究生占8．49％，大学占45．90％；医学相关专业人数占38．08％，其中区县疾控人员为35．90％；市级疾控中心中高级职称人员占55．11％，区县级疾控中心中高级比例为占34．89％；市级疾控人员中专业技术人员比例为85．51％，区县级疾控人员中专业技术人员比例为74．30％。结论该市疾控机构人力资源配置不足，存在大量非专业人员，职称比例结构亟待调整，需进一步完善专业人员比例。

Present situation investigation on human resources of CDCs in Tianjin City in 2011

Objective] To understand the present situation of human resources in CDCs in Tianjin City, and provide reference for reasonable allocation of human resources. Methods] The 2011 human resources information of 19 CDCs at municipal and country levels was coUeeted and analyzed by Excel 2003 and SPSS 15.0. Results] The employees aged 25-34 years occupied 36.92%, o-ver 35 years occupied 61.43% ; 8.49% had master＇ degree and 45.90% had bachelor＇s degree; 38.08% were medical profes-sionals, among which employees in CDCs at county level occupied 34.89% ; the employees with senior titles occupied 55.11% in CDCs at municipal level, and 34.89% in CDCs at county level; the proportion of professional and technical personnel was 85.51% in CDCs at municipal level, and 74.30% in CDCs at county level. Conclusion] The allocation of human resources is not sttfficient in this city. There are lots of non-professionals, and the structure of tide proportion needs to be adjusted. It is necessary to improve the professional proportion.
