北京市大兴区居民健康知识水平监测

目的通过了解北京市大兴区居民健康知识水平状况及影响因素,为制定相关政策和干预措施提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法,在3个街道/乡镇抽取807名常住居民,通过问卷进行居民健康知识现状调查,利用单因素方差分析和多元线性回归分析进行评价并分析影响因素。结果北京市大兴区居民5类健康知识问题得分分别为健康生活方式（8.42±1.61）分,安全与急救（8.81±1.61）分,基本医疗与保健（8.79±1.58）分,慢性病预防（7.97±1.59）分,传染病与地方病预防（8.56±1.98）分,健康知识得分总分均数为（42.54±5.90）分。结论大兴区居民健康知识有待提高,年龄和文化程度是健康知识水平得分的重要影响因素,应根据不同特征人群有针对性地开展健康教育工作和健康促进。

Monitoring and analysis of health knowledge level among residents in Daxing District of Beijing

Objective]To investigate the health knowledge level and its influencing factors among the residents in Daxing District of Beijing,provide a scientific basis for developing the related strategies and intervention measures.Methods]Using the multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling,807 residents selected from 3 streets / towns were investigated with the questionnaire about health knowledge. ANOVA and multiple linear regression analysis were used to evaluate the health knowledge level and analyze its influencing factors.Results]The scores of 5 aspects of health knowledge,including healthy lifestyles,safety and first aid,basic medical care and health care,chronic non-communicable diseases prevention,infectious diseases and endemic diseases prevention,among the residents of Daxing District were as follows：（ 8. 42 ± 1. 61）,（ 8. 81 ± 1. 61）,（ 8. 79 ± 1. 58）,（ 7. 97 ± 1. 59）,and（ 8. 56 ± 1. 98）. And the total score of health knowledge was（ 42. 54 ± 5. 90）. Conclusion]The health knowledge level among the residents in Daxing District needs to be improved. The age and educational background are the main factors that influence the scores of health knowledge. It is necessary to conduct targeted health education and health promotion according to the characteristics of different populations.
