摘    要:目的研究有氧运动对衰老的大鼠脑组织抗氧化能力的影响。方法建立衰老大鼠模型,随机分为对照组和3组运动组(A组、B组、C组),A组给予0.5h的游泳训练,B组给予1h的游泳训练,C组给予2h的游泳训练,12周后取大脑组织,检测超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH—Px)、总抗氧化能力(T—AOC)以及丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果建模6周后,造模组的SOD、GSH—Px、T—AOC水平分别为(38.52±7.63)U/ml、(2.14±0.52)U/ml、(3.13±0.94)10^3U/g,都低于空白对照组,与老龄化组相当,MDA高于空白对照组;经过12周的有氧运动,A、B和C组的SOD、GSH—Px、T-AOC水平均高于衰老对照组,MDA低于衰老对照组。结论有规律的有氧运动能提高衰老大脑的抗氧化能力,提高大脑组织中SOD和GSH—px活力,有效降低MDA的含量,延缓衰老。

Abstract:Objective] To study the influence of aerobic exercise on the antioxidant capacity of brain tissue among aging rats. Methods] The aging rat models were established and randomly divided into control group and three sports group (group A, B and C ). A group was given 0.5 h of swimming training, B group was given 1 h and C group was given 2 h. After 12 weeks, the brain tissue was taken, the content of superoxide dismutase ( SOD ), glutathione peroxidase ( GSH-Px }, total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC ) and malondialdehyde ( MDA ) were detected. Results ] After 6 weeks of modeling, the content of SOD, GSH-Px, T-AOC in model group were (38.52 ± 7.63) U/ml, (2.14 ± 0.52) U/ml and (3.13± 0.94) 10^3 U/g respectively, all were lower than that in the blank control group and comparable to the ageing group, the content of MDA was higher than that in the blank control group. After 12 weeks of aerobic exercise, the content of SOD, GSH-Px, T-AOC in group A, B and C were higher than that in the control group, the content of MDA was lower than that in the control group. Condusiorl] Regular aerobic exercise can improve the antioxidant capacity of ageing brain and the activity of SOD and GSH-Px, effectively reduce the content of MDA, slow down aging.
