一起因误食商陆叶引起的食物中毒事件的调查

目的及时查清1起食物中毒事件发生原因，探讨致病因素，为预防类似事件提供参考。方法现场流行病学调查、简易动物毒性实验。结果6人进食商陆叶后全部发病，其中重症5例，经治疗后痊愈，无死亡病例。经调查确定为商陆叶引起的急性食物中毒事件。结论商陆为有毒植物，食用不当可引起食物中毒，此次事件发生的主要原因是当地群众对商陆的认识不足，加强宣传教育是防范类似事件发生的关键。

Investigation on a food poisoning incident caused by eating Phytolacca acinosa Roxb leaves by mistake

[ Objective ] To investigate the causes of a food poisoning incident, explore the pathogenic factors, and provide reference for the prevention of similar incidents. [ Methods] The field epidemiological investigation and simple animal toxicity test were adopted. [ Results ] After eating Phytolacca acinosa Roxb leaves, all of 6 people suffered from the food poisoning, and there were 5 severe cases. The patients have been cured after treatment, without death case. The survey indicated that this is an acute food poisoning incident caused by Phytolacca acinosa Roxb leaves. [ Conclusion ] Phytolacca acinosa Roxb is the poisonous plant, which may in- duce the food poisoning. The main reason for this event is lack of knowledge about Phytolacca acinosa Roxb among local public, so it is important to strengthen publicity and education to prevent similar incidents.
