摘    要:目的研究长期小剂量电离辐射作用于人体,对外周血淋巴细胞微核、染色体畸变及白细胞的影响。方法微核、染色体采用外周血淋巴细胞常规培养法,血常规采用静脉血用迈瑞-3000血细胞分析仪进行分析。结果放射工作人员(1 043人)染色体畸变率、微核率及白细胞异常率与对照组(450人)相比,均明显高于对照组(P0.01),并且随工龄增加微核率、染色体畸变率及白细胞异常率有增加的趋势。结论长期小剂量电离辐射对放射工作人员的外周血淋巴细胞微核率、染色体畸变率及白细胞异常率有一定的影响。

Abstract:To study the influence of long-term low-dose ionizing radiation on the micronucleus and chromosome aberration of peripheral blood lymphocyte and leukocyte. Methods ] The micronucleus and chromosomes were cultured by conventional culture methods of peripheral blood lymphocyte, routine blood of venous blood was analyzed by MINDRAY-3,000 blood cell Analyzer. Results ] Compared with the control group(450), the rate of chromosome aberration, micronucleus and abnormal leukocyte of radiation workers( 1 043 ) were significantly higher(P 〈 0. 01 ). And with the increasing of length of service, the rate of chromosome aberration, micronucleus and abnormal leukocyte had a tendency to increase, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion] Long-term ionizing radiation has influence on the rate of micronucleus, chromosome aberration and abnormal leukocyte of radiation workers.
