宝鸡文理学院教职工身体健康状况与生活方式的关系

目的了解宝鸡文理学院教职工生活方式与身体健康之间的关系，为高校教职工健康、快乐的生活提供帮助。方法采用问卷调查法、医学检验法和数理统计法，对宝鸡文理学院743名在岗教职工的生活方式和健康检查结果进行分类统计。结果经常吸烟（47．8％）和饮酒（33．4％）的男性教职工慢性疾病的发病率高于女性教职工（x2=13．707，P〈0．01），经常进行体育锻炼的体育教师（47．8％）慢性疾病的发病率远低于每周锻炼不足2次的其他岗位的教职工（x2=5．541，P〈0．05）；结论吸烟、酗酒、睡眠不足和不参加体育锻炼等不良的生活方式会导致高校教职工身体健康较差，应采取合理膳食、适量运动、戒烟限酒等措施对教职工的身体健康进行健康干预。

Relationship of physical health condition and lifestyle among teaching staff in Baoji University of Arts and Sciences

Objective] To understand the relationship of physical health and lifestyle among teaching staff in Baoji University of Arts and Sciences, provide help for the health and happy life of teaching staff. Methods] The lifestyle and health examination re- suits of 743 teaching staff in Baoji University of Arts and Sciences were analyzed by questionnaire survey, medical tests and mathe- matical statistics method. Results] The incidence of chronic diseases among male who often smoke （47. 8%） and drink （33.4% ） was significantly higher than that among female （ x2 = 13. 707, P 〈 0.01 ）. The incidence of chronic diseases among gym teacher who often took exercise （47.8%） was lower than that among teachers in other posts who took exercise less than 2 times per week （X2 = 5. 541, P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion] The unhealthy way of life like smoking, drinking, lack of sleep and do not take part in physical exercise lead to the heath of college teachers poor. The rational diet, moderate exercise, quit smoking and alcohol measures should be adopted to intervene the health of teaching staff.
