2008-2012年苏州市某区女性乳腺癌发病及死亡情况

目的分析苏州市某区2008--2012年居民乳腺癌发病与死亡情况。方法依据区疾病预防控制中心收集的2008--2012年肿瘤发病数据库及生命统计资料，对肿瘤发病和死亡数据进行统计分析。结果该区2008年及2012年女性乳腺癌发病率为66．30／10万和69．35／10万，粗死亡率为12．17／10万和10．85／10万，各年份发病率及粗死亡率无统计学差异。年龄别发病率整体呈多峰分布（主要为双峰），大部分年份的首峰出现在45～49岁组，随年龄增长发病率及粗死亡率都有上升趋势。结论苏州市该区的女性乳腺癌发病及死亡情况都略高于全国平均水平，严重威胁着女性健康，要及早采取科学的措施遏制该病。

Incidence and mortality of female breast cancer in a certain district of Suzhou City from 2008-2012

Objective ] To analyze the incidence and mortality of female breast cancer in a certain district of Suzhou City from 2008-2012. Methods] Based on the cancer incidence database and vital statistical information collected by local CDC, the cancer incidence and mortality during 2008-2012 were analyzed statistically. Results] The incidence of female breast cancer in 2008 ＆ 2012 of the district was 66.30/100 000 and 69.35/100 000,while the crude death rate was 12.17/100 000 and 10.85/100 000. There was no significant difference between years. The diagram of age-specific attack rate during 2008-2012 exhibited several peaks, mostly were double peaks. The first peak frequently appeared in 45-49 age group. Along with the growth of age, the inci- dence and crude death rate of female breast cancer showed an upward trend. Conclusion] The incidence and mortality of female breast cancer in this district of Suzhou City is slightly higher than the national average level. Breast cancer has seriously affected fe- male heath, therefore, effective prevention measures should be carried out as early as possible.
