海洛因依赖者自我戒毒行为调查分析

目的:了解海洛因依赖者自我戒毒的行为,分析相关的因素.方法:采用自行设计的调查表对入所自愿戒毒的120例海洛因依赖者进行调查.结果:发现93.33%海洛因依赖者有自我戒毒行为,95.54%的原因是顾及面子影响,自我戒毒的药物主要是复方地芬诺酯片、三唑仑、曲马多、安定和丁丙诺啡五种,来源以戒毒所和黑市为主,戒毒中以胸闷心慌、呼吸困难和发热的并发症占多数.有95.53%戒不掉.结论:自我戒毒行为普遍存在,吸毒人员乱吃药物,戒毒效果差,容易产生严重的并发症,我们要密切关注这种戒毒行为,采取多种方式来正确的引导和减少自我戒毒行为的发生.

Investigation to Action of Self-Administrated Detoxification of Heroin Addicts

Objective: To research action of self-administrated detoxification of heroin addicts and to analyze the causing factors. Methods: The self-designed questionnaire used to 120 cases of heroin addicts who received voluntary detoxification in our institute. Results:93.33% of heroin addicts had a history of self-administrated detoxification;95.54% of them were caused by saving face. The most of drugs used to self-administrated detoxification of heroin addicts were Tab. Diphenoxylate comp, Triazolam, Tramadol, Diazepam, Buprenorphine. The most of drug sources were drug detoxification institutes and black market. The most of complications were connected with chest distress and nervousness, hard breathing, fever. In 95.53% of cases detoxification failed. Conclusion: The action of self-administrated detoxification of heroin addicts was here and there, they had abused drugs of detoxification, the effect of self-administrated detoxification was very poor, it was easily to get serious complications yet. We should pay attention to this action. The self-administrated detoxification must be correctly guided and diminished.
