青少年网络成瘾者心理干预效果研究

目的研究青少年网络成瘾者的网络使用行为及心理干预效果。方法采用网络成瘾问卷、网络使用行为问卷作为研究工具,对在校高中生中网络成瘾者进行测试,同时对网络成瘾者进行心理干预。结果玩网络游戏的活动为网络成瘾的危险因素,动机上表现为：无聊、打发时间、结交新朋友;心理干预对改善成瘾者的网络依赖有一定的效果。结论关注青少年网络成瘾行为,密切注重对青少年的心理健康教育,并加强对网络成瘾者的心理干预。

Effects of network behavior and psychological intervention in the youth network addicts

Objective To study the effects of network behavior and psychological intervention in the youth network addicts. Methods Internet Addiction questionnaire, the use of network behavior questionnaire as research tools, tested the network addicts in the high school students, as well as did the psychological intervention on these internet addicts. Results Playing online games is one of the Internet Addiction risk factors, the motivations include： boredom, wasting time, making new friends. Psychological intervention have some effects on improving the addict network-dependent. Conclusions Concern the Internet Addiction young people, closely focus on youth mental health education, and strengthen psychological intervention on the Internet Addicts.
