正清风痛宁关节腔内注射治疗类风湿性关节炎疗效观察

目的：探讨正清风痛宁关节腔内注射治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效。方法：对2009年9月～2010年5月于我院免疫肾病科住院治疗的类风湿性关节炎患者36例，随机分成实验组和常规组，对治疗后的患者观察其关节变化情况，并对住院天数进行统计分析。结果：实验组总有效率为89．02％，对照组总有效率为65．91％，差异比较有统计学意义（P〈0．05），实验组住院天数明显小于常规组。结论：局部关节应用正清风痛宁注射液，并联合全身用药，可迅速控制关节滑膜炎，缩短病程，降低致残率，提高治愈率。

Intraarticular injection of Zhengqing Fengtongning in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis

Objective To investigate the curative efficiency of intraartieular injection of Zhengqing Fengtongning with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods 36 patients diagnosed of rheumatoid arthritis were randomly derided into a common group and a control group ,and treated respectively by the aboved method for the former and with conventional drugs for the latter.We observed the changes of tender arthroses numbers,turgescenee arthroses numbers, and the therapy days.Results After a course of treatment,the tender arthroses numbers,the turgescence arthmses numbers were significantly lower.The rate of efficiency of control group was 89.02%,The rate of efficiency of common group was 65.91%.Conclusions We think that it is safe and effective to inject Zhengqing Fengtongning into joints with rheumatoid arthritis.
