| 摘 要： | 目的 观察中药凉血通瘀方治疗脑出血急性期瘀热阻窍证的临床疗效.方法 将191例患者随机分为治疗组96例和对照组95例,均使用西医基础治疗,治疗组同时口服中药凉血通瘀方.治疗21 d后评价两组临床疗效及中风病证候积分、瘀热阻窍证证候评分、脑出血吸收情况.结果 治疗组基本恢复率、显效率分别为33%、63.6%,明显优于对照...
