中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期的临床研究

目的：观察中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重期（AECOPD）的临床疗效。方法：将符合标准的AEcOPD患者40例随机分为中药组和对照组，对照组给予西医常规治疗，中药组在西医常规治疗的基础上给予中药辨证内服治疗。结果：中药组的总有效率95％，对照组的总有效率85％，2组治疗后I临床症状、肺部体征、x光、肺功能较前治疗均有明显改善，且中药组优于对照组（p〈0．05）。结论：中西医结合治疗AECOPD的疗效明显优于单纯的西医治疗。

Integrated Traditional and Western treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation of clinical research

Objective： To observe of Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation （AECOPD） in clinical efficacy. Methods： The standard 40 patients with AECOPD were randomly divided into 2 groups, traditional Chinese medicine group and the control group, control group received routine western medicine, Chinese medicine treatment group on the basis of conventional Western medicine dialectical give oral therapy. Results： total effective rate medicine group 95%, control group 85% of total effective rate, 2 group after treatment, clinical symptoms, pulmonary signs, X-ray, lung function were significantly improved over the previous treatment, and the Chinese group was better than the control Group （p〈0.05）. Conclusion： The efficacy of AECOPD Integrative Medicine was significantly better than the western medicine.
