摘    要:目的:研究丹参地上部分总丹参酮的提取工艺和筛选吸附树脂。方法:以总丹参酮的含量为指标,采用正交试验法研究提取工艺;以总丹参酮吸附率、解析率为指标,采用树脂静态吸附、解析试验法筛选吸附树脂。结果:丹参地上部分总丹参酮的最佳提取工艺为90%乙醇12倍量回流提取2次,每次1.5 h;D101-1树脂对丹参地上部分总丹参酮吸附和解析效果最好。结论:该工艺能较好的提取、分离和富集丹参地上部分总丹参酮。

Abstract:Objective: To study the optimum condition for the extraction of total tanshinones from above-ground part of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and to screen the optimum macroporous resin. Method: The extraction process was evaluated by orthogonal design with the content of total tanshinone as index, absorption and desorption rates of total tanshinone on five resins as the screening indexes. Result: The optimal condition was as follows: added 12 times 90% alcohol for 2 times and 1.5 hours for each time. The optimum macroporous resin was D101-1. Conclusion: The process can extract and concentrate the total tanshinone from above-ground part of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae.
