鸦胆子油乳剂联合NP方案治疗晚期肺癌72例近期疗效观察

目的：观察鸦胆子油乳剂联合NP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床效果。方法：将72例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为两组，对照组应用NP方案化疗，试验组应用NP方案化疗联合鸦胆子油乳剂；2个周期后评价疗效。结果：两组患者近期疗效差异无统计学意义，但试验组患者治疗后生活质量、机体免疫功能明显优于对照组，毒副作用低于对照组。结论：鸦胆子油乳剂能减轻NP方案对机体的毒副反应，提高机体免疫力，增加患者对化疗的耐受性。
