摘    要:目的 探讨急性脑梗死患者的血压、体温联动变化与中医四诊信息变化规律,借助四诊信息组合规律发现其证候特点.方法 动态采集急性脑梗死患者的体温、血压、中医四诊信息及NIHSS评分.对采集数据分别进行相关性分析、建立Logsitic回归方程、主成分分析,并根据其分值,计算综合评价分数,进行动态比较.结果 体温升高、血压骤变的...
