人巨细胞病毒感染细胞的种类及演变和命名

作者通过对10例婴幼儿全身性巨细胞包涵体病（CID）尸检切片的观察，发现各例累及器官数目悬殊，为2～18个不等．好发器官为肺、肝、肾。据每张切片上典型巨细胞数大于10个的7张HE切片光镜检查，可将巨细胞病毒感染细胞（CIC）分为肿胀细胞、典型巨细胞和退变巨细胞三类，其构成比分别为0～43．5％、48．9％～74．2％和7．6％～38．9此如结合近期文献中采用核酸杂交技术和减）免疫组化等检测结果的报道，则进一步可依CIC演变过程分为四期．第一期隐匿期，第二期肿胀期，第三期包涵体期和第四期退变期。作者还就命名问题进行了探讨。

Apropos of the Evolution, Staging and Nomenclature on CMV-infected Cells

The HE slides of different organs of ten infancy cases died from disseminated cytomegalic inclusion disease were examined by light microscope. The result revealed that the number of the CMV - infected organs varied from 2 to 18; the most readily infected organs were lung liver and kidney. From 7 HE slides with more than 10 cytomegalic cells per slide there existed the swollen cells, typical inclusion-bearing cells and regressive cytomegalic cells, the constitutional ratio was 0~ 43.5%, 48.9~74.2 % and 7.6~38.9 % respectively. Referring to the documented papers on using the tecnique of CMV - DNA in situ hybridisation and/or immunohistochemistry for detection of CMV, the authors think that there likely existed 4 stages of evolution for CMV- infected cells, namely occult lst stage, swollen 2nd stage, inclusion - bearing 3rd stage and regressive 4th stage.
