护士锐器伤发生及危险因素调查与分析

目的:通过对护士锐器伤情况进行调查,了解护士锐器伤发生情况及危险因素。方法:以问卷方式调查4所医院1090名临床护士的锐器伤相关情况,调查内容包括:工作以来及最近1个月锐器伤发生情况;操作经验及习惯;教育训练;工作环境条件等。结果:(1)94.3%的护士有过锐器伤经历,最近1个月锐器伤发生率为51.39%。(2)多因素Logistic回归分析表明:最重要的危险因素是没有就锐器伤进行教育和干预(OR2.46,95%CI1.87～3.24),其它危险因素是经常为不合作的病人进行侵入性的操作(OR1.69,95%CI1.11～2.58)、工作环境光线不够充足(OR1.61,95%CI1.2～2.16)以及掰安瓿时不用纱布(OR1.57,95%CI1.19～2.09)。结论:被调查人群护士锐器伤发生率高,研究结果可为减少锐器伤提供依据。

The occurrence and risk factors of sharp injuries among nurses

Objectives:A study Wwas conducted to assess the occurrence and risk factors of sharp injuries among nurses.Methods:A total of 1 090 nurses from 4 hospitals of various size answered a questionnaire inquiring about occurrence of sharp injuries since they engaged in the profession and during the past 30 days,and about potential predictors,including work experience,working habits,training,risk behavior,and work conditions.Results:A 94.3% of the nurses had experienced at least one sharp injury.During the past 30 days,51.39% of the nurses had suffered injuries at least once time.Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that the most important risk factor for sharp injuries was lack of training on such injuries(OR 2.46,95% CI 1.87~3.24).Other important risk factors included often working for not co-operation patients(OR 1.69,95% CI 1.11~2.58),lacking enough light in working place(OR 1.61,95% CI 1.2~2.16)and breaking the ampule off without using carbasus(OR 1.57,95% CI 1.19~2.09).Conclusions:The study showed a high rate of sharp injuries among these nurses.the results provided a foundation for reducing sharps injuries.
