脑卒中后继发癫痫72例临床分析

目的探讨脑卒中后继发癫痫(epilepsy，EP)的临床特点、发病机理及治疗。方法对72例脑卒中后继发癫痫患者的发病时间、临床表现、治疗方法以及影象学特点进行观察分析。结果960例脑卒中后继发的72例EP，占7.5％。早发型明显多于迟发型。起病时问与病变性质无关；EP的发生与卒中部位、颅内高压及电解的紊乱有关；发作类型以单纯部分性发作为多见。结论当脑卒中累及大脑皮层或脑血液循环障碍导致神经元异常放电时易继发EP，应早期防治，减少卒中患者继发EP。

Clinical analysis of 72 patients with Epilepsy after stroke

Objective To explore the clinical manifestation, the mechanism and therapy pf epilepsy after stroke. Methods Incidence date, clinical data and imaging characteristics of 72 cases of epilepsy after stroke were analyzed retrospectively. Results Clinical data of 72cases of epilepsy from 960 cases of cerebral apoplexy, the morbidity of epilepsy after stroke is 7.5%. Among it, the patients with early seizure Obviously more than the late seizure patients. The incidence date is not fixed with the nature and extent of the diseases. The incidence of epilepsy is related with station, intracranial hypertension and the turbulence of serum electrolyte. The simple partial seizure is the most episode. Conclusion The cerebral apoplexy is related with abnormal discharge of neurons resulting from cerebral cortex or abnormal of blood circulation. It is of great clinical value in providing early prevention and therapeutic and shorten epilepsy after stroke.
