放射治疗后诱发恶性肿瘤26例分析

回顾性分析 2 0年放射治疗后诱发的 2 6例恶性肿瘤患者临床资料 ,其中首发肿瘤包括食管癌 3例、鼻咽癌13例、鼻腔癌 1例、宫颈癌 8例、直肠癌 1例。放射源用60 Co及深部X射线。采用常规的分割照射 ,照射剂量为DT40～ 90Gy。 2 6例放射治疗后 2～ 2 0年在原照射部位出现了继发恶性肿瘤 ,其中 3例食管癌继发了纵膈肿瘤。 13例鼻咽癌继发硬腭鳞癌、扁桃体癌、软腭低分化腺癌。 1例鼻腔癌继发恶性坏死性肉芽肿。 1例直肠癌继发前列腺癌。 8例宫颈癌继发了膀胱癌、直肠癌

Clinical analysis of 26cases with radiation induced malignant tumor

Twenteen-six patients with radiation-induced malignancy were analyzed retrospectively,which originally suffered esophageal cancer in 3,nasopharyngeal cancer in 13, nasal cancer in 1,and cervical carcinoma in 9,respectively.The patients were initially irradiated with 60Co or deep X-ray for total dose of 40-90 Gy by conventional fraction.After 2-20 years of intial irradiation,26 patients were diagnosed of the secondary malignanlies in the initally irradiated area, which included mediastinal malignancies in 3 patients primarilly with esophageal cancer,squamous carcinoma of the hard palate,tonsillar cancer and soft palate cancer in 13 patients primarilly with nasopharyngeal cancer, malignant granuloma in the patients primarilly with nasal cancer,prostate cancer in the patients primarilly with rectal cancer,rectal or bladder cancer in the 8 patients primarilly with cervical cancer.
