穴位敷贴治疗儿童哮喘的临床观察

目的观察穴位敷贴治疗儿童哮喘的临床疗效。方法250例患儿随机分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组150例在常规治疗的基础上采用穴位敷贴治疗，敷贴背部大椎穴、双侧肺俞及双侧膏肓穴，连续贴3d为1个疗程。对照组100例给予常规药物治疗。结果治疗组临床控制65例，显效36例，有效26例，总有效率为84．67％；对照组临床控制20例，显效26例，有效13例，总有效率为59．00％。治疗组优于对照组，有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论穴位敷贴治疗儿童哮喘，可促进症状缓解，控制病情，达到止咳平喘的作用。

Clinical Observation on Bronchial Asthma Treated by Plaster the Acupoint

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of plaster the acupoint on bronchial asthma. Methods The 250 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. 150 cases in the treatment group were administrated by plaster the acupoint on dazhui,feishu,gaohuang with 3 days as one course and routine medicamentous treatment. 100 cases in the control group was given routine medicamentous treatment. Results In the treatment group,the symptoms of 65 cases didn＇t get worse,thoses of 36 eases get remarkable ef- fect,26 were effective,with a total effective rate of 84.67%. In the control group,the symptoms of 20 cases didn＇t get worse,thoses of 26 cases get remarkable effect, 13 were effective,with a total effective rate of 59.00%. The difference between two groups was singnificant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion plaster the acupoint is effective on bronchial asthma through its symptoms relief and asthma reducing function.
