肾包膜下移植瘤模型应用于肿瘤新生血管生成的研究

摘    要:[目的]观察胃癌肾包膜下移植瘤模型是否适用于血管生成方面的研究.[方法]建立昆明种小鼠癌细胞接种的肾包膜下移植瘤模型后饲养6天,处死.PAS染色证实肿瘤细胞存活,通过HE染色及免疫组化法观察种植肿瘤区域有无血管生成.[结果]实验动物全部存活,PAS染色表明模型建立成功,肿瘤种植区域无血管生成.[结论]使用癌细胞接种的肾包膜下移植瘤模型较适用于研究癌细胞的分化与凋亡,不适于新生血管生成的研究.

Abstract:To observe whether the gastric cancer model of subrenal capsule implant is suitable for research of angiogenesis of tumor. The model of the subrenal capsule implant were surgically constructed and the tumor tissue were obtained on the 6th day after operation in Kunming mice. Survival of gastric carcinoma cells of were detected by PAS staining and angiogenesis of tumor implanting regions was detected by HE staining and immunohistochemistry assay. All animals survived and PAS staining confirmed the construction of the model was successful. Angiogenesis was not observed in the regions of tumor implanting. [Conclusion] The model of subrenal capsule implant is suitable for research of differentiation and apoptosis of carcinoma cells and it is not suitable for research of angiogenesis.
