胼胝体肿瘤性病变MRI鉴别诊断

目的：分析胼胝体肿瘤的MRI影像表现，提高其鉴别诊断水平。方法：67例侵犯胼胝体的肿瘤，均有CT和MRI资料，并经手术病理证实，包括星形细胞瘤肿瘤53例、少支胶质瘤6例、室管膜瘤2例、转移瘤6例。回顾性分析上述肿瘤累及部位及其MRI平扫和增强特点。结果：4类累及胼胝体的肿瘤中，以星形细胞起源肿瘤中的胶质母细胞瘤、间变性星形细胞瘤及大脑胶质瘤病范围最大，常侵犯胼胝体大部，少支胶质瘤、室管膜瘤多侵犯胼胝体膝部及体前部，胼胝体转移瘤合并颅内其他部位多发病变。少支胶质瘤有特征性的钙化。增强扫描肿瘤强化形式及程度不同。结论：胼胝体肿瘤性病变多为邻近肿瘤侵犯所致，星形细胞起源肿瘤最多见，MRI对这些肿瘤的鉴别具有重要价值。

Tumors of Corpus Callosum:Differential Diagnosis with MR Imaging
