六神巴布剂抗炎药效动力学的研究

摘    要:目的研究六神巴布剂的抗炎作用及其药效动力学过程,为合理用药提供参考。方法分别用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿模型和角叉菜胶性足肿模型观察六神巴布剂的抗炎作用;并以抗炎效应(肿胀度减少值)为药效指标,进行六神巴布剂的药效动力学研究,通过计算机程序求得相关药动学参数。结果六神巴布剂具有显著的抗炎作用,其药效动力学模型符合一室开放模型。t1/2(Ka)、t1/2(Ke)、AUC分别为2.11727h、3.13464h和3.33131mg·kg·h-1。结论六神巴布剂具有显著的抗炎作用,且药效强度较高,作用时间长,其药效动力学模型为一室开放模型。

Abstract:Objective To sutdy the anti-inflammatory action and pharmacodynamics of Liushen Cataplasm (LC). Methods The anti-inflammatory action of LC was observed on mice models of xylene-induced ear swelling and on the rat models of carrageenan-induced pedal swelling. With the decrease of pedal swelling as the parameter,the pharmacodynamics of LC was studied. The apparent parameters of pharmacodynamics were estimated based on the time-effect curve.
