CIN和宫颈癌患者手术前后血清及病变组织中PGE2水平变化及意义

目的：测定宫颈上皮内瘤样病变（CIN）及宫颈癌患者手术前后外周血清及病变组织中前列腺素E2（PGE2）含量并探讨其临床意义.方法：采用酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）分别测定47例病例组患者（CIN14例,宫颈癌33例）手术前后外周血清及病变组织以及正常对照组20例标本中（健康献血女性血清20例及因子宫肌瘤行全子宫切除术患者的正常宫颈20例）PGE2含量.结果：宫颈癌患者术前血清及癌组织中PGE2水平明显高于CIN组及正常对照组（P〈0.05）;宫颈癌及CIN组术后血清FGE2水平较术前下降显著（P〈0.05）;宫颈癌组织及外周血中PGE2含量与肿瘤直径、FIGO临床分期及淋巴结转移与否有显著差异（P〈0.05）,而与患者年龄、病理组织学类型及分化程度无关（P〉0.05）;病例组术前血清与术后血清中PGE2含量呈正相关（r=0.961,P〈0.001）;术前、术后血清中PGE2含量均与宫颈组织PGE2含量呈正相关（r分别为0.859和0.838,P〈0.001）.结论：外周血PGE2水平与癌组织释放的PGE2含量成正比.检测外周血PGE2水平对早期发现CIN向宫颈癌转化及监测宫颈癌的淋巴结转移具有一定价值.

Significance of prostaglandin E2 level changes in tissue and perioperative serum of patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer
