| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨镧系离子荧光光谱法测定外周血DNA在肿瘤早期诊断中的应用。方法：各提取50例恶性实体瘤、良性肿瘤、骨髓异常综合征、正常人外周血DNA，应用镧系离子荧光光谱分析法检测其荧光强度。结果：恶性实体瘤、MDS、良眭肿瘤、正常人外周血DNA荧光强度分别为：346±28，308±34，280±34，276±29。恶性疾病和良性疾病之间荧光强度有统计学差异（P〈0.01），且恶性疾病外周血DNA荧光强度均明显高于正常人及良性肿瘤患者。荧光强度282作为诊断恶性肿瘤的临界值，则其检测灵敏度和特异度分别为80％和72％。结论：镧系离子荧光光谱法测定外周血DNA在良、恶性肿瘤早期诊断中具有重要价值，是一种安全、简便、经济的诊断方法，并且具有较高的灵敏度和特异性。
