| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨促性腺激素释放激素（GnRH）在胰腺癌中的表达及其临床意义．方法：采用免疫组织化学SP法，对46例胰腺癌组织中GnRH的表达进行相关性研究，其中高分化胰腺癌20例，中分化胰腺癌16例，低分化胰腺癌10例．结果：GnRH定位于胰腺癌细胞的胞膜和胞质，在高分化癌中的阳性表达率为78．55％，明显高于中分化癌59．31％的阳性率（P〈0．01）和低分化癌50％的阳性率（P〈0．01）；显示在胰腺癌中GnRH的表达强度随着组织分化程度增高而增高．结论：GnRH的表达与胰腺癌的恶性程度有关，GnRH可能参与了胰腺恶性肿瘤的发生与发展．
