| 摘 要： | 目的：评价无需离心的微孔板凝聚胺法在新生儿溶血病检测中的应用效果．方法：采用无需离心的微孔板凝聚胺法与传统的凝聚胺试管法及微柱凝胶卡技术3种方法同时进行新生儿溶血病检测．结果：3种方法进行单个新生儿溶血病检测，微柱凝胶卡时间最长，随着同时检测标本数量的增加，无需离心微孔板凝聚胺法检测速度有明显优势．3种方法对新生儿溶血病的检出能力没有显著性差异．结论：无需离心的微孔板凝聚胺法无需试管及离心设备，具有简便快速、经济有效等特点，是一种可行的新生儿溶血病检测方法．
