白藜芦醇对大鼠脊髓损伤的保护作用

摘    要:目的:建立Allens脊髓模型,探讨白藜芦醇(Res)对大鼠脊髓损伤(SCI)的保护效果.方法:将24只SD大鼠随机分为假手术组(A组),脊髓打击损伤组(B组),Res组(C组),每组8只.A,B组根据自制改良的Allens装置制备脊髓急性打击损伤动物模型.脊髓打击损伤后即刻腹腔注射Res100mg/kg,观察并检测3组大鼠SCI后24,48,72h3个不同时间点后肢运动功能评分变化及脊髓组织病理学、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量改变.结果:术后A组大鼠功能完全恢复.B组和C组大鼠后肢运动功能24,48,72h3个时间点均有所改善.但24h时差异明显(P〈0.05);48,72h时差异更为显著(P〈0.01).A组神经组织结构完好,神经元轮廓清楚,核仁清晰可见,胞质均匀深染.脊髓打击损伤后72hB组神经组织多灶性出血并出现广泛的神经元坏死,尼氏体溶解消失,核固缩变小.C组神经组织结构损伤轻微,细胞轻度肿胀,胞质均匀.术后A组脊髓组织SOD活性升高,而MDA含量则处于较低水平.B组SOD活性明显降低,MDA含量明显升高,与A组相比较差异显著(P〈0.01).C组与B组相比较,SOD活性明显升高,MDA含量明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.01).结论:Res能明显促使SCI后的功能恢复,对SCI具有一定的保护作用.

Abstract:AIM:To study the protective effects of Resveratrol (Res) on spinal cord injury in rats.
